We have answered some of the most frequently asked question about flying in below.
Reserving your landing slot in advance online is the only way to arrive by air. Current COVID-19 guidance means that landing slots are strictly limited so we are operating on a first-come-first-served basis and allowing pilots to reserve a slot online.
During booking we will collect the airport’s landing fee, which is £19 (including processing costs) and by flying in to the event you get free show access for you and your passengers.
Landing slots are available at 5 minute intervals from 8:30 until 13:00 on the 17th and 18th of September. When a slot is reserved it will no longer be available to book. But any cancelled slots will be returned to the available pool. A week before the show we’ll be in touch to confirm all reservations and give pilots another opportunity cancel any unneeded slots so a small number of additional slots are likely to become available then.
Detailed airport information, including runway maps and approach routes can be found on the Wycombe Airpark website. We will share any event-specific information closer to the date, but you can also contact the airport directly with any technical queries.
