This year we have improved how booking works so that you can reserve a slot in advance, with nothing to pay until a month before the show. On 21st June any bookings that haven’t been confirmed will be cancelled and their landing slots returned to the pool.
During booking you’ll be prompted to set a password. You can use this to log in at any time to view or cancel your current reservation and book a different slot.
Once pre-booking closes any new reservations will be paid for at the time of booking and automatically confirmed.
Landing slots are available at 5 minute intervals from 8:30 until 15:00 on both July 7th & 8th.
When one of these slots is reserved it will no longer be available to book. But any cancelled slots with be returned to the available pool. We expect some additional slots to become available when the window for confirming pre-booked slots ends on 21st June.
Yes, you can cancel an existing booking at any time by logging in to our Pilots Area and clicking the Cancel option against your slot. If you want to you can then book a new time slot from those available.
Until you confirm your slot no money will be taken. After a slot has been confirmed we are unable to refund you, unless you are cancelling one slot to book another. In these cases you should book your new slot and then submit a cancellation request for your original slot. We will then refund you the original landing fee, so you’ll still only pay once.
