Reserving your landing slot online is the only way to arrive by air. Capacity is limited so we operate on a first-come-first-served basis, allowing pilots to reserve a slot online. Bookings are limited to one per customer.

Online booking closes at 4pm on Thursday 28th March 2024, after which control will be handed to the Operations team at Ballyboy Airfield.

This year there is no landing or booking fee to pay. Simply register for free online and then when you fly in you also benefit from complimentary show access for you and your passengers.

Landing slots are available at 5 minute intervals from 8:30 until 15:00. When one of these slots is reserved it will no longer be available to book. But any cancelled slots will be returned to the available pool, so it’s worth checking again closer to the show day.

You can cancel an existing booking at any time by completing our booking cancellation form. We aim to process all cancellations within 5 days, at which point the time slot will be released back to the pool and can be booked again.

If you need to change your slot time you should reserve your new time, picking from those available above and then submit a booking cancellation request for your old slot.

We understand that it won’t always be possible to arrive at the precise time you have booked. But don’t worry, as long as you arrive within 15 minutes of your reserved time the airport will still be able to land you.

If you are unable to fly in to the event due to weather conditions you will still be entitled to complimentary event access if you are able to arrive by another means. Gate staff will have your details but we recommend bringing a copy of your booking confirmation email if you can.
